Cases in Which I Participated

Over the years, I have been involved in a lot of cases that were appealed to the Office of Higher Education Appeals, U.S. Department of Education.

Most cases end up being settled.  The ones listed below went all the way.

In some of these cases,  I represented the school in the administrative litigation; in others, I assisted the school's attorney and/or testified as an expert.  I just did a word search and these are the cases where my name came up -- good, bad, and ugly.

With luck, you will be able to click on the underlined address listed under each case name, to read the administrative judge's decision.
